Neill B. Lyon

Neill is a long time Rhode Island resident. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of RI. Thereafter, Neill graduated from the New England School of Law and is licensed to practice law in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Since entering the practice of law in 1987, Neill has successfully handled civil and administrative litigation in most Rhode Island courts including the Rhode Island District and Superior Courts as well as appellate work in the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Through the years Neill has narrowed his areas of practice and now concentrates in the areas of retail and commercial debt collection, personal injury, contracts, business corporations, landlord & tenant , as well as wills & probate.

In addition to practicing law Neill has been invited to lecture at the local chamber of commerce as well as other industry and business groups relative to credit and debt collection law. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, NARCA, and the Rhode Island Creditors Bar Association and has participated on a special committee established by Chief Judge of the District Court to review and revise Small Claim procedure.

When not working, Neill and his wife enjoy fishing, hiking and the outdoors.
